the only way i can “fix” it is by pulling an all nighter and trying to stay up until it’s time to sleep at a reasonable time. ofc.... it’s hella difficult. but i’m not tryna give myself too much shit abt it tho cus i’m on break n i did really well this semester

LOL i have an alarm set at 12pm for my meds and i just go back to sleep after i shut it off
