well if ur eating meat to be healthy u can stick to fish and meat that is actually healthy, but i think most people who eat meat arent eating it to be healthy

As a vegetarian you don't need vitamins, unless ur doctors say so, I get my blood work done and I've never need supplements

yeah people get so anal about supplements as if eating a diet with meat means you automatically get every single vitamin and nutrient you need
