oh fun so there's a possibility I have motor tics? i completely forgot they were a thing of their own. its only been 5 days so I wont panic but this does sound like it could be a problem if it continues longer. i couldn't find anything w google other than muscle spasms and things like that which I know its not

idk if thats the way to think abt it? "motor tics" isn't a diagnosis or a disease or anything, it's just literally the medical description for the symptom ur experiencing ? so idk if i'd say you "have motor tics" so much as you currently have or are experiencing a motor tic, singular ? idk tho

My sleeping has been fine...? idk its been worse in the past and the only stress I've experienced really is birthday stuff but its not so bad i think id have motor tics from it. I'm glad that its supposed to be or can be temporary tho
