It's okay, I have other interests too x) No but, seriously. Virtual Popstar takes not that much of my time.
But yeah, I must admit. I know that it is not that easy to change depression for example. That IS true. But I noticed that in our culture, people get used to this very narrow lifestyle, which usually is not their own fault, but that actually make them not really able to think outside their own zone, which is sad. People have forgotten what it is like to be spontenous. I remember something interesting that Buddha actually taught, and I think that at least to some extent it is true. He said "You are responsible for everything in your life". In a sense, what it means that even if life happens to you, which is true, you are not responsible for stuff that happens to you, but you can still make something about it. Often in ways that you didnt expect actually was possible. For example, you can just choose to go out and do your own little adventoure in nature (walk in uncomfortable places like narrow woods for example). You often think like "No I cant do that", but actually physically speaking, it it simply that possible. In technical sense, you can do a lot.
I can give another example, something that I myself actually do and have done for 2 weeks now. I do the Wim Hof method that says that if you do a tiny cold shower every day, you feel more energized. He says after around 10 days you start to notice results. I tried it and it actually helps. I feel stronger. And from that I am able to do other things in my days. So it helps. I also have meditated for almost 3 months now. Edit: Oh I forgot. The reason why I wanted to share this because what this exercise actually does to you at first is that it TRAINS your mind to be uncomfortable. So then it makes it easier to do other uncomfortable stuff too.
But yeah, the hard part is the art of showing up. THAT should be trained in a person. To learn to show up. Because that helps a lot.
