the only answer I've found is Tourettes but a) it has to continue for a year+ at least one verbal tic (I guess these are motor tics) and b) i feel like I'm too old for that to just start showing so I'm sooo fucking confused cause now the heel of my right hand (only happens w my right hand) and its wrist hurt and the back of my neck
