ive been trying to gain weight for years now, and im at a stage where i am kind of happy w my body, but id still like to gain some more

do some of you have any tips or recipies for shakes or anything to gain weight?

i just want to look healty haha

my boyfriend drinks a nasty shake every evening that has 800 calories lmfao, but in general i recommend shakes. like, ice cream with berries and maybe some protein shake things in it and berries and maybe something green aswell? if you like that kind of stuff. he puts a lot of peanut butter in it aswell but idk about that......

and personally i would say that you should make food fun. i love food and the better the food, the more i want to eat. but i guess you should also have in mind that you want to look for things with a lot of calories at the same time. and start eating as soon as you can during the day, so you have more hours to consume calories!

if i were you i would eat waffles for breakfast... and a strawberry milkshake with whipped cream and sprinkles on top and i would eat mcdonalds breakfast as often as i could...! yum yum YUM
