i am so excited to go today!!!!!!! my friends joke with me and say it is a cult, but I prefer the term "community." I love it I love it I love it and it is the first thing that's ever gotten me excited about exercise. supportive coaches, super nice members - i love it.

ok I'm done but i had to get that out of my system. happy to be alive!!!!! i also find it kind of funny how much I've gotten my life together over the last two years. awesome. so proud of myself aaaaahhh

no, i'm not very good at running. I just do it for fun, however i feel like. Running doesn't benefit volleyball, it's just jumping, so i have only started it after i quit playing!
