It has taken some years, but my bunny is pretty well trained to go pee in his cat littler box at this point when he's indoors.

However,
* sometimes I know he's sitting ontop of the sofa, poop falling down behind it
* other times I know he's going to pee on that carpet overnight b\c he's in a "new" place - but that's normal bunny behavior.
* as expected, he still poops in his sleep which is wherever he falls asleep - normally under the livingroom table
* and he absolutely will poop and pee in my bed if I let him up because for him anything soft and fluffy equals bowel movements

My favorite thing is when he jumps out of his littler box too soon and as he jumps on, a poop falls out and hits me in the face bc he kicked it
