Blaxploitation, a subgenre of exploitation film (exploitation film basically being a film that exploited anything controversial subjects such as sex or crime)
60s/70s exploitation films are a little different from "classic" exploitation because the Hays Code ended in 1968, and big studios stopped self-censoring - they went hog-fuckin'-wild in the late 60s early 70s

That's basically the life of someone who studies media science, some of the people I study with (they chose another specialization area tho) had a whole seminar where they analyzed some 60s scifi movie.
