i still feel like i'm gonna have a panic attack n i don't know what to do cuz i mean... there is nothing i can do now it's already gone to hell. he's checking the apartment right now and i put my phone on do not disturb cuz i'm gonna have an aneurysm if he calls me asking for an explanation

no you didn't, you can't control if you get panic attac or not and your landlords way were very pushing

Not the end of the world either. 

There are certain laws and regulations for this kind of stuff, it's really nothing scary or bad. 

As I said, the most power the landlord has is over the deposit, the rest would have to go through legal channels which no landlord ever will do just because an apartment isn't perfectly clean,no matter how much of an asshole they are.
