No it just started like a couple days ago, its been like this before kinda but just cus low blood pressure or low iron or sum, I am on my period rn tho but also I take 100mg iron a day I think so its like,, ouff

Nnno good diet and the nicotine I can't feel when I don't have a snus in which I do not and ok the water thing I can agree on but I think I have drank at least 4-cups today which is more than most days
