Normally I'd be worried about small town shit, 
like him trashing me or something, but his reputation is so bad that I ain't worried about that.

I'm not gonna get rid of his artwork or any important looking paper documents because it's irreplaceable, but I'll definitely have everything else fucking gone before I try to figure out how to get it to him.

tbh I want to keep his tools, I feel like it's owed me at this point

The fact he was here didn't bother me, because I told him he could come get stuff whether I was here or not
but I wish he'd have at least shot me a text (especially bc it was late and he knew I'd be home alone) so I would have known right away it was him lol
