No seriously, can anyone give me tips on how to stop???
It has gotten me in some many unnecessary situations
I'm kind of annoyed right now
I'm working 8 days rotating shifts right now and I'm running on next to no sleep
2 days ago a housemate lost her key
So she called me at 1am and was like "Alina I'm sleeping at ur place" and I mean sure
but the day after I had the only chance to sleep in and instead I had to get up early before my shift and drive to several cities with her in search of her key (she has no license/car (basically I have to drive her everywhere)
thankfully I did find the key
but when we got back she went to sleep in my bed
eventough I had to leave in half an hour
I let her chill a bit but then I told her I had to leave soon
And I had to tell her a million times after because she simply didn't care to leave to her place
So I got to work later than I had planned which was an annoyance but she was exhausted, so okay I guess
Well today
Right as I walked in the building my phone rang and she told me she doesn't have any money left on her bank account this month blah blah but she has a hairdresser appointment
She said she asked her mom for money and her mom apparently just said "go ask Alina"
and my housemate said I should just get the rest that's on my bank account bc she has no idea how much it's gonna cost today (around 300 apparently)
So now eventough I planned to sleep after getting home
I now have to go to the bank, get the money, drive to her barber and wait till she's finished there
And then she'll probably expect me to listen to her brabble about her day eventough I have 0.0 energy left already
I already had a shit day with my patient, a 2 week old baby basically being gone inside after several brain aneurysms
Shitty treatment from a new Dr and all the nurses being stressed af bc I'm in the pediatric intensive care unit now
Like my day was crap and I'm through
But I can't fucking say no
