no benefits or anything.
and also during covid we stayed open cuz we're an "essential business" and our hours were cut in half and we didn't get any hazard pay or raise, and all the owner's friends are anti maskers so they refused to wear masks (even after it was mandated), and no real safety measures were put in place.
small businesses only matter if they pay their staff a living wage! otherwise they deserve to go out of business.
