bc i haven't found something else yet, that's the ONLY reason. other than that there's absolutely nothing keeping me from quitting, not a single good thing about my work. except some of the sweet old ppl but i'd rather leave b4 i have to deal with their death anyways

i actually write down the orders and i write down a shit ton of fruit every week but the bosses make the actual order, so like order everything. and they just disregard whatever i've written down every single time so i don't see why i should even write the orders. if i've written something down, it's something we need. i don't fucking write shit for funsies. just GIVE ME THE THINGS I NEED TO DO MY JOB ! yeah sadly i think it happens at a lot of nursing homes. everything is about money and that's never good when you work with people who depend on you and your help
