they just don't care lol. of course not everyone is aggressive and i doubt even half of them would ever use the knives or the tools any weird ways, but you never know. it can come out of nowhere and i don't want to risk that.
it's in this company's concept and therefore that's just how it's supposed to be. they can nag on me all they want because i'm NOT allowing them in the kitchen with me. i know it'd do them good to be in the kitchen and help out, they feel like they're needed and it's good for their mental health, but mmmm there's other ways they can be helpful and feel needed that doesn't involve the making of food or dangerous tools

my bosses are shit tho and can't read so wouldn't surprise me if it's actually the non-dementia homes vardaga means, but the bosses want this place to be THE BEST and so GOOD. or no, they just want to LOOK good tbh
