isnt there like bladder training, like when u pee a lot even if u dont have to go u r training ur bladder to be smaller or sumfin??

Yes I think so, my dad would hold his in for a very long time when he was younger, n I think he permanently made it bigger cus now he can go a long time without peeing but he doesn't notice he has to pee before its practically an emergency lol
