yes, we cant do that, it infringes their human rights or smth i guess. which i get.. but i also shouldn't have to babysit several ppl at the same time every second of the day lmfao
but it can also cause the wheelchair to fall over, bc they will still try moving around and probably more so when they feel that they are restrained. also other injuries that comes from the restraints themselves

weekly/monthly inspections occur with no notice
to the home and if no improvement, they’re shut down.

It’s shameful and people probably won’t speak up
until a resident dies and the family ends up suing
the facility and staff.
