Yeah its possible since we have a personal and professional relationship than it will be harder to separate emotional attachment here 

It doesn't help we get along and have hung outside work b4 lol

We have many interests in common but I understand I have more experience and different priorities than they do, which is my concern I suppose, but I also would expect them to move on eventually
