I actually really agree, the plastic ones are the best and also I feel more safe that they are clean rather than the metal ones. but yes the whole environment thing is a problem

Its a problem but still everything comes packaged in plastic (even cardboard and reusable straws) so it b like, ok I don't think the actual plastic straws make that much of a difference if the new ones r still packaged in plastic
