Yeah, I would imagine situational stuff is hard. Like taking a cig when ur out w friends, a snus after eating etc, its ahrd

Yes I think I would stuggle to quit snus, not cus I rlly like the feeling, but every time after I eat its like "ok gotta have one now! " for no reason

ive tried that, longest i went was a week and a half but i am, as mentioned, so so weak.://  i hate chewing gum( my jaw tends to lock itself lmao) but i hope to have many way to cope with wanting to smoke for when school starts heh.  thank you! <3

yess, its so calming tbh and i will always miss it haha. to lay on the couch after a nice good meal with a snus was so great haha
