i feel a bit like a shit person because i don't say enough affectionate things to my bf but, when he says those things to me i also feel like it doesn't mean anything. n i kinda don't believe him because his actions don't reflect what he says i think

But my parents never hugged me when I was little (not that I wanted them to) so I'm probably damaged or whatever, so my way of communicating is probably different.
