I don't think it works like a diaper. Like it would be free bleeding but protected, I guess. They seem to have a lot of regular underwear styles so you won't rly sacrifice style or comfort. I feel like it can't be worse than those thick, cottony pads that you practically can use to keep urself warm during winter
