yeah. i have no clue why or how they're doing this, she lives in a semi-small town nowhere near big cities :/ we don't have anything like this in my city either. masks aren't even mandatory afaik. she'll get the vaccine soon though thankfully

I know, but it's far more common amongst the unvaccinated.
