My landlords actually live in another county, they only own property here because they inherited it. They don't know me very well, but I pay the rent on time and fix toilets myself so they like me.

and london I am still praying that the library dude is just being innocently friendly don't put that evil on me 

there is no monthly pest control, only when something is real bad they hire someone
that's why I'm worried that the floor falling apart...well...just say me a prayer it aint termites
