I was browsing and found A Little Life and the plot seemed nice and the reviews were mixed (but every amazon review is mixed so idk). People say it was overrated, others say it was the best book they've ever read.

Anyone read it? should I order it?

if a book makes me cry its going to the top of my list (aka why perks is #1, it had been quite a while since a book had made me even tear up before that)

personally i didn't cry, for me it wasn;t necessarily a crying book. so much bad stuff happens to the main character but it's actually hard to empathize in some way. he doesn't feel like a character, just a punching bag.
