honestly like i work as a daycare sub and we get to pick what daycares we work at based in where were needed n my employer aka the municipality was like “you should try to pick daycares out of town as well they deserve teachers too”
n like I’m sure they do but they sure aren’t paying me to go there, so I only pick the ones within like 20 minutes to where I live tops
