Amphetamines (I guess thats what ur on, or smth similar) can make ppl w adhd react like any regular person would to amphetamines too, even tho I think the thpught behind it is that it should calm u down ?? Idk but sometimes u just get speeded up instead, idk why. Could b the caffeine, but could just be that ur body isn't used to the dose and u get more effect after its removed fully from ur body, so u will notice more from the one in the morning than the one u take midday

Do u rlly feel the caffeine normally tho, when not medicated

I don't usually feel the caffeine too much but maybe the two things together is just too much
