bf dropped the morning caffeine for meds, doesnt consume as much caffeine anymore but if he does its more towards noon
maybe thatd help?

I am so physically addicted to caffeine though the headaches would be brutal
I may just start my meds later, or try a half pill in the morning idk

The side-effects fucked me up so bad. Thats what i meant lol.. Concerta worked for my concentration but made me feel so sick. The others just made me feel sick

ah yeah - I did a genesight genetic test for medication and it advised against concerta (not strictly, but we're just skipping it)

Amphetamines (I guess thats what ur on, or smth similar) can make ppl w adhd react like any regular person would to amphetamines too, even tho I think the thpught behind it is that it should calm u down ?? Idk but sometimes u just get speeded up instead, idk why. Could b the caffeine, but could just be that ur body isn't used to the dose and u get more effect after its removed fully from ur body, so u will notice more from the one in the morning than the one u take midday 

Do u rlly feel the caffeine normally tho, when not medicated
