So should i just drop this and return on saturday or text him tonight and explain 

I'm gonna feel embarassed that it wasnt covid after all i feel guilty i had to be out for ten days especially cuz I feel better now

Im wondering if I should say something so he feels less guilty and doesn't feel like he gave me covid cuz I doubt I have it now

I've been trying to return early but it's obvious at this point they're not letting me go back until saturday lol I hate this a lot, I tried to come back sunday (called work b4 I came in) cuz tests all negative but I had no clearance so I was sent home ):
