I had a diagnosis done for adhd lately and apparently that's not why I'm hyperactive, have a short attention span, hype fixate, am messy, get distracted easily, have shit memory, have mood swings, can't handle the slightest bit of stress, default to anger when stressed or sad and can't shut the fuck up lololol can you tell I'm frustrated with my psychiatrist? Because I am. Lmao sorry for the rant and congratulations, this is really exciting.

I went to a adhd specialist who specializes in adhd cause my usual psych was fuckin RUDE when I asked him about adhd

That's the thing though, my psychiatrist is a cool dude but she's not a big fan of concrete diagnosis, which I very much am. I've been with her for like, 6 years so it kind of sucks but she specializes in adolescents so I'll have to leave her soon. Bittersweet.

In America? Very easy if you have money. I paid out of pocket to see the new guy tho. Finding a new one thru Medicaid is gonna be a bitch though. Shit cost me 600 bucks.
