i'm jealous of that clarity. i have no idea what changed on his side of things, and it seemed significant because his friends reacted before he did. i have a rather logical brain and i like to have as much information as i can about all sides of a story to make a clear decision, which makes it harder for me to assess whether they made a harsh or rational judgement. it ended so vaguely it hurts.

Yeah, it really does depend entirely on the people involved. Although in sapphic relationships, the stereotype is typically that you end up being friends afterwards (which is literally what happened in all my past relationships)
