i am too busyyyy yes I already ate 3 times today tho but problem was all those 3 times were before 4pm (stupid) and my stomach/body has felt,,, weird all day so I get extra auick hungry I think but also at the same time not hungry
Goodness. I really think getting a proper "eating schedule" would help with those issues.
