Me when I see the alarm: hmmm no not rn
i am too busyyyy yes I already ate 3 times today tho but problem was all those 3 times were before 4pm (stupid) and my stomach/body has felt,,, weird all day so I get extra auick hungry I think but also at the same time not hungry

Goodness. I really think getting a proper "eating schedule" would help with those issues.

I eat the raw veggies yes ,,, from the fridge, very important. Only cold crispy wet food

I thought I got that once but I think my stomach was just irritated or smth, but it lastes like 3 days where I could not eat anything for 5 hours, never felt hungry, but when I tried to eat I just could not swallow bruh, stuff was not going down. Never again tbh
