Yes and I have like 3 friendgroups rn and I know that means I have nothing to complain about honestly but im afraid one group is/will start hanging out without me and I rly like them and I know im quiet and stoic and all that shit and I hate it bc its not like I want to be quiet I just dont even know what to say and it annoys the shit out of me

Try to chat with one of the people in the group or try small comments about the things they are saying? This is difficult but maybe think a little less about what you want to say and just try to say something, can be related or unrelated

How do I say smth when I dont think about it like

Saying something unrelated just sounds rude and if its related all that comes out of me is like .. "nice" i might as well say nothing

When its just one other person its relatively okay bc I am forced to say stuff and like its a conversation they expect you to say something but even then sometimes all I can say is like ah yes

But in groups of 3 then yeah I just let the other two talk tho I think I could if I tried harder
