My supervisor is mad at me

I had to call a medical screening service through my employer and I was told I have to stay out for 5 days cuz I have symptoms of covid, so now i have to take a test if I wanna come back b4 quarantine 

My manager was hella pissed and told me I'm another employee full of bs and I got a text from my coworker that he accused me of shooting up and thinks thats why I'm infected

Tho my coworker stood up for me and said shes quitting if she doesnt get transferred to another department and reported our supervisor to the  district manager, so hes in trouble now

I used to abuse drugs and alcohol (although I've never injected) and I did leave work because of it in the past and have been drunk/hungover at work b4 so I get his side of it. Hes also just stressed due to short staffing, delayed trucks, and people being out with covid and stuff 

It's kinda like crying wolf, but I seriously worked so hard to get my life together and its not my fault I got infected eczema, I have been applying ointments and lotion and it just continued to spread

My coworker reported him to the store manager, from what she said he got a talking to and is still really pissed and gaslighting, I'll ask her for more info l8r cuz I felt shitty earlier

I asked her what she means by getting in trouble and if everyone else supported me


I think so cuz 4 coworkers in the past 2 days noticed I felt shitty and I was urged to go to the doctor by two of them 

Still no response tho. But hopefully I dont have to take action. I can't believe my manager was so fucking rude, I'm missing out on a $5 bonus screw off

I was just trying to let it heal on it's own but yesterday I felt physically ill...  faint, weak, fatigued, feverish, and that's when I knew I had to go to a clinic 

Shit fucking hurt too
