but like you have a friend who sturggle with their weight and you know they are trying to lose weight and works on that, i don't see why it would be a bad thing to say. might even be encouraging to them if someone else noticed the physical change, because sometimes it's hard to see results yourselfÂ
this has literally nothing to do with weight tho, but i've gained muscles lately and yes i know that but sometimes still i feel like they are not visible. but then my guy was suddently like "jeesus christ what happened to your arms you really do work out huh?"
it does feel good when someone notices your hard work, right? but obviously you need to know who you are talking to, just don't comment on random people's (or even a friend if you know they are uncomfortable with it) weight or bodyÂ
