I actually find it really hard to grasp the concept of hate
like I feel sad or disappointed or neglected by people, but even when I'm angry at someone, it never stays
like sure, sometimes people make me angry whenever I think of them, but even that doesn't hold and after a couple of weeks or months, it just grows into disappointment or indifference
but I feel close to people really fast and often feel like they could take up a big part in my life. I get attached so fast, it's really concerning actually

I feel like dislike is a lot more passive
like a passing thought and then it's good
hate seems kinda all consuming? like you have to have to actively get emotional in a negative way towards someone
