when you find the necklace of your dreams and its like super expensive but in reality you can afford it but also in reality you should be prioritizing your money better bc even though you have money you have no income so they will eventually run out but the necklace is so pretty so do you just gonna cry yourself to sleep forever now or do you become poor but with a pretty necklace around your neck

I would decide like a portion of the price, save up, then buy it or smth idk so it feels a bit better to splurge but u don’t have to save up for the whole thing since that. Can be hard without an income

if you don't like the idea of making a knockoff on elastic, I can't see what kind of string they used but I'd bet it's jewelry wire, crimp beads (which require special pliers), crimp bead covers (which need regular pliers), and lobster clasps.
