Hope you don’t take any of
this other than the manner intended.
First, I won’t lie, the job search CAN be stressful
especially difficult if you’re limited due to location/experience etc
It’s nice that the potential employers
were straight forward with what to expect
but instead of focusing on your anxiety
on something you haven’t tried yet,
think of those words in a different way?
”must work fast” depending on the job, it’s doubtful
that anyone starts with record speed when doing something new
and in most cases, you’re trained before
being turned out on your own.
You get better with time and repetition.
”must love stress” again, depends on the job
what’s stressing to someone else
might be nothing to you.
“self reliant” I would view this as, can I problem solve
on my own/work well without direction or assistance.
You just have to take a leap of faith
and if it’s not a success
so what? You try again
Good luck!
