Ah, I just need to get this off my chest for a moment lol and this seemed like the perfect place to do so. It's just that whenever something fun happens, you tell your friends, right? She always tells me good stuff and I'm genuinely happy for her, but whenever I do so, she just seems so dull and down. And I know she has some stuff going on and I'm basically always there for her, but whenever I come to her to share some light, good news, she just reacts that way. It always makes me wonder whether I have done something wrong, which made her feel like that. Or if I should just stop sharing the things I've accomplished. It just makes me feel kind of down-

That's it ayyy

That’s the type of “friend”
that I eventually lose contact with
because I stop sharing.
Everyone has their moments
but I don’t enjoy interacting
with those who are like that
when it’s a constant

I think I'm like that sometimes. Unless I'm talking about or doing something I really love, I'm not good at showing happiness or appreciation. Even if I might want to.

Idk usually I don't care when ppl tell me stuff abt their life so I don't rlly react and just try to talk abt smth else instead, doesn't mean tey have done anything but I just don't care lol. I still like being friends with them tho, I just don't like ppl telling me all the sad stuff in my life or happy stiff if they expect me to care

Anyways, my point is that u don't have to break up the friendship unless you need every friendship of yours to be a supportive deep emotional one. Different friends for different stuff uknow, some for support (including caring abt good news), some for entertainment, bla bla. Shes an entertainment friend sounds like
