He's just very palatable.
Like he's no supermodel but he definitely isn't ugly.
He isn't wearing super fashionable clothes but they are always clean and he doesn't use bold aftershave or anything. He just smells very clean.
He has a nice not too deep voice and doesn't speak loudly but he isn't shy either.

The closest comparison is like a character from a jane austin novel just very clean and reserved and friendly
