Since it specifically talks about long hair, bangs should be fine. If you have a short hairstyle, that might still be longer than bangs, so...

My bangs r like this so its a bit diff mby but I assume yes uhh,,,,, if my entire head was this lenght, no way I could get it into a ponytail or anyting
