Covid did stuff like that for me too. Could barely stand more than 1min for days and spent 2-3 weeks getting back to some previous normal.

Yeahh it seems to get better fairly quickly for me, hopefully im fine to go to work tomorrow, but if I start feeling awful while standing up while getting ready, then I won't go, cus I practically have zero time to sit down at work
