We have a resident (TG) who has downs syndrome and early onset dementia. One of our staff members is undergoing an abuse investigation so she is not allowed to pass meds or take care of TG until its closed. 

I didn't know this also meant she couldn't do paperwork alone with tammy in the room while I assisted another resident in the bathroom. Well TG fell from her chair, and while I may not have been able to prevent it, I feel guilty for not knowing this wasnt even allowed. If I was there would I have caught it? 

I'm definitely keeping a closer eye on TG. No serious injuries yet but shes had four falls in less than a week. I'm getting worried were going to have to take her to a nursing home which would break my fucking heart. Shes my favorite

What's your current job 

Is there any way you could do internships or work a relevant job part time or seasonally
