I try to make friends but it's hard because I am a dislikeable person lmao. As for hobbies, I'm not sure what I could do. I love makeup but sometimes I run out of inspiration for it and I'm kinda sucky at it

hmm yes maintaining inspiration in general is tricky, maybe try to avoid forcing it. i like to check out local events on facebook to see if there are any hobby thingies i can go to to potentially make friends
