What's stopping you ? 
Israel is strict with dna tests and it's not permitted here, I've done one abroad and if I wanna do so for my cat need to do it the same way

apparently there's a genetic law thingy, an the purpose is 

"The purpose of this Law is to regulate the conducting of genetic testing and the provision of genetic counseling and to protect the right to privacy of the
person subject to such testing in respect of identified genetic information, but
without derogating from the quality of the medical treatment, medical and
genetic research, the advancement of medicine and the protection of public welfare."

aha, the country offers DNA testing that is actually medical and those DNA kits are deemed as well, not good? no idea honestly and if I don't start uni here, they won't affect me soon enough as I'll be leaving
