Yeah dandruff and dry scalp needs different shampoo, but mby its cus u shampoo too often too or smth, or like eczema
I have eczema scalp I think, it doesn't look red but just dry/flaky idk, but my doctor gave me elocon liniment thing (he didn't look at it) and all the issues disappeared so idk
