Context:
- The woman with the makeup in this video (Olivia) was bitten by a (pitbull) dog at a party.
- The dog in question had previous trauma and was being dogsat by a friend of Olivia.
- The family who own the dog weren't told that their dog sitter would go party with the dog.
- The dogsitter let out the dog to pee (unleashed) to the backyard but instead the dog turned around and somehow got into the house and bit Olivia.
- Keep in mind that this dogsitter knew that the dog had previous trauma which makes it inherently more dangerous. Naturally the dog felt that it needed to protect it's territory (the dog was just locked in a crate and didn't know about the strangers in his home).
The way they try to portray this attack is insane. They act as if the dog was trying to kill her. She posted pictures of her bite wounds on twitter and they aren't at all what you'd expect from the kinda story she set up. Had the dog truly wanted to harm her, it could've and would've done so easily.
Of course the blame on the attack itself is on that friend of her. She is totally irresponsible and should NOT dogsit any dogs in the future.
However, I still have a big issue with how this attack was portrayed. She more or less demanded an apology from the dog OWNERS while she the person she actually should get an apology from is her friend. Now she is acting all "badass" because she got a couple of red marks on her arm saying that she isn't going to sue them (the dog owners) IF she gets an apology.
What do you think?
Do you also kind these type of people do be incredibly frustrating?
