Don't think its harmful, but they are a bad way to prevent pregnancy since they won't always work depending on when in ur cycle u have sex/take the pill, also might not work twice in the same cycle I think

I heard way too much shit about it mainly from friends which is why personally I'm glad I did not have to use it but I can only imagine and respect women that had to use it because god I remember supporting my friend after she took it, she was feeling so bad and it affected her physically too much, not fun seeing that but I'm glad I was there to help her
