idk how to explain to her in terms she understands that i don't work 9-10 hours a day because i'm lazy and slow. and that i would work faster if i could bc i also don't like wasting my time for no extra money. but that doing things well takes time

This kind of micromanagement is designed to make you quit. I’d start looking for other work.

mayb i shouldn't complain bc they do pay well ... but also i get paid about 80% of my male colleague ... but it's still a lot of money and more than i ever thought i'd be earning .. but still just barely enough to be able to live where i live ... but also who cares how much they pay me if i never have a second to chill and enjoy any of it ...

There is nothing crybaby about it, I don't think anyone regardless of where one lives, like to have a workload double what they feel like they can handle.

Does she work under other people? I feel like i remember u were in a creative job right?
Could be the work tasks she is accepting is greater than what one person can do?

Do you think your boss
would be more chill if you worked in-house
instead of at home?

she's the ceo/big boss so it's not that it's coming from like, higher up than her. but it's def true that we have too much work to do for the size of our team i just wish  she wouldn't lean so hard on me specifically
